- Step 1: Make the DoughIn a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Gently fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Step 2: Shape and ChillScoop 1 ½ tablespoon portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 15 minutes to prevent spreading.
- Step 3: BakePreheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange chilled dough balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are just set and lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
